FIFES

From May 27 to 31, 2026, the International Ecological and Social Film Festival (FIFES) is being held at the Palais des Festivals, the committed event that highlights cinema in the service of ecological, social and human issues.

Presentation

This event offers an international competition of films (documentaries, fiction and animations) from all over the world, as well as a program open to the general public combining screenings, conferences, workshops and meetings.
The festival takes place in several places in Cannes and is accompanied by a Village of Initiatives, bringing together associations, companies and project leaders committed to the ecological and social transition.
Since its creation, FIFES has already welcomed more than 30,000 participants, confirming its role as a platform for awareness and dialogue between creators, actors in the field and citizens.
