  • How do I check-in? I might arrive late during the day, is-it a problem to register me? How and where can I collect the keys from the apartment?

We are working with Hotel Florian. This collaboration allows us to propose a reception opened 24h / 24h and 7d/7d. Thus, you will always find someone to welcome and assist you. Our reception is located near to our apartments, in the centre of Cannes, 8 rue du Commandant André. All formalities of your arrival take place at the same place, at our reception. You can collect the keys of your apartment, proceed to the payment and meet our team. Thus, your check-in is facilitating and you don’t have constraints regarding your arrival time.

  • Can I benefit from a cleaning service during my stay?

Concerned about your well-being, our cleaning team cleans your apartment in preparation for your arrival. It’s also possible to call upon their service during your stay at an additional cost.

  • At what time I’m supposed to leave? Where can I collect the keys of the apartment?

In order to propose our apartments in the best conditions, please leave the apartment before 11am the day of departure. You can leave the keys at the reception of the Florian hotel. If you want to enjoy your last day in Cannes, a luggage store service is available at the hotel free of charge, 8 rue du Commandant André à Cannes.
